Caring For Your Gym Towel

Caring for your Monday's gym towel is super easy. 

Our towels are made from waffle weaved microfiber, making them incredibly durable and easy to clean. 

In the washing machine

Simply put your towel into the machine with any other load.

Your towel will tolerate both hot and cold cycles.

Hand-washing your gym towel

If you're in between washes but you need to clean your gym towel, you can use any laundry detergent to wash your towel by hand.

Because the towels are conveniently sized, you can even wash them in the sink!

Drying your gym towel

We recommend you air dry your Mondays gym towel. While it is made of premium quality microfiber so is suitable for the dryer, the towel does feature a zip, so this is something to consider should you choose to put it in the dryer.
